For many people the start of 2016 means one thing, getting fit and healthy. Whether Christmas has pounded us or whether you just want to achieve your fitness goals, January is a very popular time to do it.

Getting fit can often be expensive but we as busy Staines Chiropractors don’t think it has to be.

We definitely think there is a great opportunity to get fit, healthy and firing all for free. The trick is to keep it simple and take up extra walking, cycling or extra activities. There are all sorts of options out there to keep fit for free but we want to focus on the start.

No matter what your exercise of choice is you’ll have to start out. As busy Staines Chiropractors we strongly advise you to take it easy when beginning.

Start slow and build up, this will avoid over exerting yourself and causing injury. If you want to take up more walking, try walking to work once or twice a week and increase the amount of days you do so as your motivation and fitness grow.

That leads on to point on keeping up momentum, it is very important you keep yourself motivated otherwise you won’t get fit and healthy.
