Walk or cycle to work/shops – If you live close enough why not ditch the car and use your own body to get there. It will save you money and improve your health.

Park at the back –Get off your backside for longer and take a few extra steps all by just parking at the back of car parks.

Get up every 40 minutes –Every 30-40 minutes get up from your seat and do something different, even if it’s just to make a cup of tea.
