3: Stub it Out!
We all know that smoking can cause a range of nasty illnesses and diseases, but did you know that puffing away can actually contribute to your pain? If you smoke, you are almost certainly preventing your body from healing properly. You’re also putting your body at risk of poor circulation and degenerative disc problems. Kick the habit.
