This is one of the reasons why so many of us will or have suffered from back pain. Luckily for you we’ve come up with a couple of things you can do to show your back some much needed love and attention this Valentine’s season.
5 ways to love your back
- Keep hydrated – Good hydration avoids inflammation which avoids pain
- Get stretching – Perform daily stretch routines to keep your back nice and flexible and stronger
- Avoid sitting for too long – Get up, stand up or go for a quick walk every 30 minutes or so. At work or at home.
- Keep your spine active with regular exercise
- Practice good posture every day, all day. Poor posture is a common reason for back pain.
