A report has found that over 77% surveyed, were currently experiencing back and neck pain or have suffered from it in the past.

  •  Try to sit up straight, make sure the top of your computer screen is level with your eyebrows
  • Try to keep moving every 30 minutes, even if its just stretching your arms and fingers and shrugging your shoulders
  • Test out your mattress. To make sure you buy the perfect one, lie on your side with your neck twisted to one side
