The countdown to Christmas is on and over the coming weeks millions of us will be starting our Christmas shopping. I’m sure some of you have it underway already! More and more of us are turning to do our shopping online. Gone are the days of battling the throngs and jostling to find the perfect gift. It can all be done from the comfort of our own homes at a click of a button!

Unfortunately online shopping may not be as pain free a way to shop as you may believe. Hours spent at our computers, especially with a poor seated posture, can take its toll on our backs and necks.
