4 Useful back pain tips for Eater
- Avoid sitting for too long – Sitting down is bad for our health and back. We aren’t designed for it and it can cause problems. Get up every 30 minutes or so and stretch your legs.
- Practice good posture – Whether you’re sat down for dinner, in the car, wondering around the outdoors on an Easter egg hunt or indulging in plenty of chocolate it is important to keep your posture. Stand or sit up straight, keep
- Pack light – If you are going away for Easter pack light and avoid carrying heavy bags, simple.
- Relax – Sometime visiting family or going away can mean you’ll be surrounded by a lot of people. This can be stressful and stress can cause back pain. So remember its Easter and enjoy it, relax and avoid back pain.
